Sorry for the delay on photo update. I’m currently working on several posters and websites.

I’m trying to catch up so I can be at the games, taking photos.

Again, if there is anybody willing to help, I’m doing this on my own. Still need help with photographing the games.

I’m also putting my team together for next year’s football season.

If you haven’t heard yet, I will be filming the entire football season to make a movie, sort of the Friday Night Lights thing. This should be very exciting.

Congratulations to the Bullpups Boys Basketball team for defeating the Lemoore Tigers last night.

This has been one of the best seasons that the Hanford High Lady Pup’s soccer team has had since the early 90’s. It has been a true blessing coaching this team and watching these girls grow as players and as individuals throughout the year. I have had several parents and fans tell me repeatedly that this is the best the team has ever looked and that the difference between last year’s team and this year’s team is amazing.

When I took the program over this year I was warned that there was a lot of fixing that needed to be done. This team didn’t need to be fixed, just adjusted. These girls have done a wonderful job with the adjustment and have grown in so many different aspects. They have all became friends and they have also built a reputation as a team that is both talented and dedicated.

This team finished 4^th place out of 16 teams in the Lemoore Tournament. This is the best result Hanford has had in years. This Tournament consisted of some of the best teams in Central California. We won the Corcoran Tournament. This was the first time that any member on the Varsity team has won a Tournament while playing high school soccer. We went undefeated at the El Diamante Tournament while defeating the defending division 5 Valley Champions and a division 1 powerhouse.

Hanford High Lady Pups have lost for 8 straight years to the Lemoore Tigers. We tied them the first game in league and then beat them the second time. Hanford beat Redwood High School which was co-champion of WYL. Furthermore, we finished above .500 in a league that is said to be the toughest it has ever been. Finishing above .500 is something that we have not done in a long time.

We had the highest goals for average in the WYL with an average of 2 goals per game. This total nearly doubled what they did last year. We were second in league with goals against average (.88).

We are seeded the highest in the Central California Valley Playoffs that this team has been in several years and have every intention to walk away Valley Champions. This has been a year of success. We are very excited for the upcoming playoffs and plan to represent our school, fans and town well. Thank you for all of your support and stay tuned for the upcoming success that the Hanford High Lady Pups will be having.

THIS YEAR WILL FEATURE BOTH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL ALUMNI GAMES. DOUBLE THE FUN FOR THE SAME PRICE. PLEASE HELP GET THE WORD OUT FOR ALL HANFORD HIGH ALUMNI BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PLAYERS TO GET INVOLVED. WHETHER YOU ARE ABLE TO PLAY OR NOT COME OUT AND SUPPORT YOUR TEAMS.
ALL SOFTBALL PLAYERS ARE INVITED TO PLAY, (WHETHER THERE WAS ORGANIZED HIGH SCHOOL PLAY DURING YOUR YEARS) WE REALIZE SOME OF YOU PLAYED FOR THE CITY OR OTHER ORGANIZED TEAMS BUT STILL GRADUATED FROM HANFORD HIGH WE WOULD LIKE ALL OF YOU TO COME OUT AND PLAY.
